I dont think they will sell here homie. I could be wrong but i would take them to the schwinn foums. I know people will buy them all there. 
license plates for schwinns sting-rays krates
a friend of mine has these metal license plates for sale. they are stamped out and measure 4 by 2 inches. he has 4 different types but they are all cali ones. also they are all blue and yellow ones but im sure you can respray them if you have an older frame and want that black and yellow look.

ok cool, i know hes been sellin them on ebay for over 20 a pop! but he just ran it by me to see if any of my friends needed any before they're gone. hey its worth a try! but sounds like it may not hehehe.
