ok this is a lincoln electric port a torch i boght it for 289.00 bucks 15 days ago this torch has never been used its still in its box took it out so i can take pics no rust on tanks like i said brand new did not even fill the tanks yet i am asking 200.00 firm i prefer local pick up but i will ship if needed im in tampa florida have any question holla at me and please no bullshiters thank you
