i dont think you understand how a clame works,, ups has to go out to your house 1st... then they look it the wheels... then they make a jugdement 2-3 weeks , first i need you to take a foto of the whole wheel ( each one the you clame is damaged) the 3 wheels, there is no keepin the other wheels,exchanging!ok ill wait..... one of the 13/7s and both 13/5.5s are scratched. can you swap me for 13/7s since your filing a claim? ill keep the 13/7s and the knock-offs,adapters and try to sell the chips i got for them,thanksi make 37 dollors on the set you order, i will file a clame with ups , so dont do anything with the rimms, please ... half off thats all my profilet on 7 sets.... i can make them at cost ? 325 shipedhey keith,i really dont want to miss the car show coming up on the 21st. i think i know how a claim works i worked at ups for three years and worked at fedex for ten years and happen to know it wasnt ups fault these wheels were already scratched but you do what you have to do i guess ill be rollin my wheels 6 months from now

hey keith i was trying to explain to my brother about the different type of pearls how they might not match and he understands now i told him ill try to see if i could change it for him one last time. he decided to just do white that way theres no way for wheels not to match car sorry for the inconveniance this is the last time im doing this for him please send me a pm letting me know you got this.thanks,john

Is he really calling them "his own" or saying he made them? Mostly he just posts pictures of wheels he sells. He doesnt technically say "I" made these. I think everyone knows hes a good customer service middle man for galaxy wire (maybe others) and he just does this on the side. He doesnt technically "make" any of the wheels so if hes a middle man for galaxy or envious touch or whatever thats just what he does. I dont care whos wheels hes sellin, he offers good wheels and offers them at a good price. If he wouldve put at the beginning of this topic "I didnt make these envious touch did" I dont think anyone is gonna care. But maybe youre hearing bad things from your customers? I dont know.
