Hey,

I did put a new set of springs (form a 74 mercedes
passenger car) in my 76 Impala today to lower it
in the front. Couldn't use old Chevy and then just
cut them 'cause I'm in Europe.... har to find chevy
springs here.

Ok , so the car is about ok to the front, but I just
realized that the upper a-arm no touches and give
little (seems like only little) preasure to the rubber
stopper / block that is attatched to the lower a-arm
to prevent that the hit each other when the car goes
down.

I know that that's not really nice an dgood for hittin'
the road. You guys have any suggestions ?

Will post some pix, and - no - installign hydros ain't
a good idea cause hard to get here, too....

thanks

here some pix....

.........the last pic shows the wire that's I'll put on.

oh, the rubber stopper is like 2 inch high and in an "L" shape.
My idea was to cut the top 1/2 inch of the "I" part of the "L" off.

What u think?

thanks
