YES FULLY WRAPPED EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE IS DONE TO THE FRAME AND SUSPENSION, IF IT NEEDEDD TO BE EXTENDED ITS EXTENDED, IF IT NEEDED TO BE CHROMED ITS CHROME, ETC...
