yeah thats what that metro was single stage metallic. we do base/clear at the shop also but only on spot jobs usually to match the stock paint. but most overall jobs are single stage. im taking pics of every car i do so ill get some up when i do some of the base/clear cars

none of the above have been cleared just straight single stage but if you mix the last coat with clear you can then put clear over the top but none of those paid for it so nope just a nice wet last coat, the black car had a couple runs

black is tuff to get just right ,shit looks good though
