My trunk is that all that bad, but t has a little rust like on the wheel well little hole all over the trunk. What should I do about that?

cut it out and weld in a new peice of metal , then sand it up smooth so it is flush with the rest of the pannel

i would get a new trunk pan from cars inc and cut the old out and weld in the new one.
