the ///Alpines arent fucking hard to use...

fuck all you assholes who think they are...

spend 5 minutes reading the manual and its fucking easy to use...

with my alpine there is 3 things i do

I change my volume, I change my hpf and i change my sub 0-15db boost

and the tobe truthfull i havent touched my hpf in over 2 weeks (80hz)
and my sub level has been at +15db for the last month...

so really i just change my volume and its very complicated, ou gotta turn the dial to the right...

its real fuckin hard to use alright...

well, i was talking about setting up the time alignment. i dunno if yours has it or not, but it's more complicated than my pioneer is. But then again, my pioneer has a built in 13 band eq which is a little hard to get just right. ;) ass

The 550 doesnt have an OEL display (those become annoying after a while anyway, unless the headunit allows you to change them, but i dont think the 6500 has that option). I find it much more convenient to have mp3 compatibility though. I have my entire CD collection on 5 discs.
I'd have to check, but I think the 550 has one more preout also.
