I am looking for some nice clean sounding sub/subs for my caddy. I have hydraulics in the trunk. i am puttin a wall in where the sub will not be seen in the trunk. i will have a space between my seat and wall of about 2 1/2 feet.

I was thinking about dynamatting the wall and seat..face the speaker/s toward the back and maybe cut a hole so when i lay my rear arm rest down it will allow sound to travel to the front..and cut down on trunk vibration. I am looking for nice sound quality..not entering any contests.

i did that with mine for a while... then finaly ported the rear deck and instaled b-quiet deadner. but i still don't have enough air space with the nitrogen bottle in the trunk. loudest setup in there without the bottle was 3 18's. with the bottle its hard to say my box built for my 2 15's hit good. now i got 1 18" fi btl and it hit good but i know it should hit way harder.

You're looking at 14.1 cubes of airspace before sub, brace, and port displacement, which is pretty massive.

height..thats the space I have that the box will go in my trunk..not box size. I am looking for something that will sound as nice as possible. Can anyone give me a quality sub that would sound good in the trunk? I do want nice bass..but sound quality also. thanks.

Okay, I used those as your outside box dimensions and got 14.1 cubes of interior volume. How big do you want your box to be? Because that's going to determine what subs.
