I have 13 inch daytons on my Cadillac fleetwood 1995. The front tires sit side ways because the old owner welded a piece of metal to make the car sit like that so it can hop. I need that metal to be removed and the thing that holds the tire to be welded in its original place. Also my back tires sit tilted too. I need that axel to be straightened. I do not know much about cars so i can not tell you specificaly what parts the metal is welded on, but if anyone who thinks can do this job i live around the glendale area i can come visit your shop.
