i was just a the j/y and i found a couple of yorks on jeep wagoneers but on the front tag it didnt say if it was a 210 or anything thye numbers didnt have a 210,207 or anything like that. is on from a 84 wagoneer good to use?

if theres no tag on it, you need to pull the clutch off of it and look at the shaft..

they all have different shafts on them..

can anyone post a full list of vehicles that were fitted with these pumps ( york 210 L correct?) ..
i dont have easy accses to j/yards in US but if had list may be able to find one local.. :cool:

jjj, This might be of some help. I don't know anything about the subject, but I found a site that gives some general information.

A lot of off-roaders seem to use them for tyre inflation etc, and it seems that an air conditioning compressor is quite common to use. I'm not sure if a York air conditioning compressor is the same as a York air compressor.

Anyway, have a look at the link below and if I'm sending you off in the wrong direction I'm sure someone else will say so......
