i am looking for a new amp to push these two 12'' (150rsp) (300 watt) rockaford punch subs, the amp i am using right now is a small mtx 500 watt amp and i got a alpine ida-x001 deck, budget is around $350 so throw some links out there and let me know what would be a good amp to run with this set up i got. here are som pics i took of the deck, sub's, and amp :cheesy:

I would invest in a new box,i hope that port doesnt connect to the sub chamber...

pretty sure if you had a decent box you might not need a new amp
that is my next step to build a box to the speakers specs, but i thought i would still need a bigger amp because i am 100 watts short dont know if that makes a difference or not that is why i was hoping some one can point me in the right direction :dunno:

so i took your word for it and built a new box. just finished up :0

i didnt even think about that, but yea im going to leave it, when i get out the truck im like lightweight deaf as it is, i didnt know how much potential that lil amp and subs had lol
