maybe your tightening them too much
i second that...
i was thinking the dump wasnt tight enuff ...your talking about the big one ....
that or the where the or ing seats was machined wrong or not machined at all ...or improper thickness of o ring
The type of o-ring matters two. You can't use auto part store rings. You need atleast a 60 durameter ring. I know i spelled that wrong!!!!!!!
i went to home depot n got a pack of 200 o-rings in tha plumbing section... its a variety pack.. has all the o-rings u need... workd pretty good fo me... they good to us?
AT LEAST 90 DUROMETER,A NORMAL RUBBER 'O' RING IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.....VITON IS BEST....AT OUR SHOP,WE USE LOCTITE
ON THE VALVE FIRST,AND THEN REASSEMBLE IT.......LET IT DRY FOR A FEW HOURS.......IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN,REPLACE THE BODY OF THE DUMP......THERE'S A MACHINING FLAW

MOST LOCAL INDUSTRAIL SUPPLYS WILL CARRY THEM....EVEN INDUSTRAIL HYDRUALIC SHOPS....90 DUROMETER IS A HARD RUBBER
(NITRILE) 'O'RING.......IF THE CLEARENCE .BETWEEN THE VALVE AND BODY ARE RIGHT,THAT 'O'RING CAN HANDLE 20,000 PSI.....HOPE THIS INFO CAN HELP
IF YOU ,STILL CAN'T FIND THEM,I SELL THEM FOR .50 CENT
