ok today i went out to luch rite. and on my way back to school, i fucken tagged like 4 speed bumps in a row. then after school i get in and as im pullin out of the spot i notice that my truck was severely shakin in first gear. its only in the first tho. it seems as if the truck is having a violent sezure. and im like oh fuck i prolly fucked up my drive shaft or sumthin but i dunno. from what i have told you, can you give me an idea of what it might be? remember it only does it in the first gear, after that it goes pretty smooth.

thats just sad if speed bumps F-d your ride casue i hit every speed bump that ive ever run over at 35-40 mph, unless its not safe (other ppl are around/ traffic/ cops) that was in my 84 caprice, and it rode smoother the faster you went, due to blownout shocks/ missing shocks. i would fly over the bumps, hear a booming noise and i would feel nothing :biggrin:

Did you check the drive shaft joints, and make sure the bolts are tightened up?

shit yea, i gotta go at like a 45 degree angle on every sped bump, and even the ones at my high skool nailed my frame or what not. it kinda sucks cus my rear shocks are rotted out and are useless so when i hit a mumb the brame kinda slams. front shocks are pretty seless too. im prolly gonna order a new pair of air shocks for the rear and new shocks fer the front. i think ill put it on the lift this weekend and see whats up.
