Just think. These guys back in the day would have killed for the kind of stuff we have now. But, now we would kill for the shit they had back then

What about EEmpco's. All anyone posts is pesco. The sidwinders look pretty bad ass. Are they quicker?

someone correct me if I'm wrong but eempco made motors and the pump on a eemco motor was the strattopower pumps...
Every one has pesco pumps because they are very reliable and there are tons of them out there. Pescos are gear pumps where some of the other pumps are axial piston pumps.
I knew if anyone could answer that it would be you or Andy.Originally posted by Notorious76@Aug 24 2005, 08:57 AM~3681531
correct
eemco made electric motors, both AC and DC. people who run NY Airbrake (stratopower) pump heads used the eemco motors, I have seen a few pics with some HUGE Westinghouse motors powering stratopower pump heads. the stratopower can generate alot of psi, but they are prone to breaking the external housing and will make a mess.

Did they run the pumps with the car on a hydraulic jack so it would lift for the pictures?Originally posted by Mr Impala@Aug 24 2005, 05:29 PM~3684402

:dunno:
Ok , I was thinking of a purple 64 (southside player ithink) that was running an aircraft settup. The artical said they were eemco pumps. This makes sense. I just liked the way those pumps look like they have heat sinks on'em. Got a better pic of that stratopower head? Not so close. ThanksOriginally posted by blueouija@Aug 24 2005, 09:58 AM~3681536

Yeah it was it was in LRM around 1999. John Kennedy owns that car. Yeah those are eemco / stratopower pumps in there... Andy Lodi did that setup.Originally posted by SERIOUSHYDROS@Aug 25 2005, 12:13 AM~3687133
