Just a simple walkthrough on how they work please. In comparison to a normal pump. What are the differences/advantages/disadvatages?

Just wondering, alot of talk has been said here lately on these piston pumps. Thanks guys

The basic idea is to add pressure to the tank. Without allowing air to enter the pumphead. The tank has a large piston inside that separtates the air from the oil when air is added the piston pushes against the oil and presurizes it. This helps feed more oil into the pumphead faster. There are pumps that also have bladders in them for the same reason
