Ok this may sound like a stupid question but....

I though a C.C would only have 1(one) plaque and the members would vote to see who deserved to "FLY" the plaque

Now it seems like clubs have a plaque for every member

Is that an "old school" tradition that got lost along the lines?

Im probably not the leading authority on this, but to answer the question, i beleive the car club would vote on people who wanted to enter the club who had a car worthy or flying/representing the club with one of their plaques. So, one plaque for each of the members cars that were nice up to the standards of the club.

Ditto... Once a ride is up to standards, then the member's allowed
to get a plaque. That way they'll show their affiliation with the club.
