120 grit on the d.a. then 1000 grit wet then an agressive cut rouge and the a polish cut rouge.

you'd get way better results if you use 400 on a da in grinder mode, then black emery polish, then followed by white compound with a loose buff.

I wish my da had grinder mode., but thats some good knowledge, thanks. :cool:

I got an off beat question, Who made that block ?, or where did it come from....
Looks like somw old H.D engineering stufff.....But they went out of business years ago
I got that block from Fernando from second two none a couple of years ago.

I usually go pretty rough then up to 1500. I use a pretty high alcohol buffing compound that works good.

Looks nice though

whats your alcohol buffing compound brand? where do you get it?

I'll have to check and see what brand it is, I got it at Tractor Supply, dont know if you got those around your area but I've seen the same stuff at Meijer also.
I'll post up what brand it is when I gets home. Although I see your from Earth also so you probably know where your local Tractor Supply is.
