it's figerglass not vinyl--------it has some vinyl pieces in it but not on the top-------it has been repainted or replaced-----even a stock solid color will look different if you compare a section done say 5 years ago vs one u had to redo recently----the car may be "original" everyewhere except the header.......peaceOriginally posted by 6PacMac@Aug 5 2003, 10:54 PM
r u talkin bout the front clip? It's all vinyl n some kinda plastic on the top so i bet the paint refracts light differently than sheet metal....btw it's all original I talked to the guy
Mine is cracked too!!! My advice to anyone who buys a Regal without a cracked header panel, Don't let anyone sit on the front of your car or while under the hood don't lean against the front clip it is very flexable and can crack.Originally posted by Torx@Aug 10 2003, 12:45 PM
^---- uh dude.. that top part IS fiberglass.. i know because mine is cracked..
bottom piece ORIGINAL is rubber.. aftermarkets are plastic/fiberglass.
yup, I bought mine like that put I can tell it was from someone putting there hand on it and pushing down.Originally posted by Torx@Aug 11 2003, 08:19 AM
