I'm not the most knowledgable person on the ProHopper line, so maybe you guys that have been in this game for a while can help me.
It seems that the ProHopper Pro Competition pump is their top dog, right?
Then why does it only come w/ a 1/2" port?
Also, how good is the motor that comes with it? I thought the Prestolite Plus was supposed to be the best motor out?
Can anyone help on this?

They have a L.A. Series that have steel blocks and 3/4 or 1 inch ports. Saco motors are better than Prestolites in my opinion.

Prohopper has good reliable pumps Iwill only install prohopper or showtime pumps depends on customer preference.havent much used much cce mostly repairs but if you asked Jimmy from show n go i think hess uses a lot of cce. that questions answer is based on who you ask. i can tell u about prohopper.....they seem to have terrible customer service....BUT the pumps seem ok......they work ok in mine

Speaking of ProHopper's terrible service... I Emailed them yesterday & still haven't heard back from them. Most everybody else, I would have heard back from them by now......we'll see.

you wont geta reply from them hell i emailed them loadsa times for prices general question etc n never heard anything back ,i heard there products are up there with the best but from what ive found there customer service sucks ,my .02

yea they never email back. only time they gave me good service is when i already paid and needed some more info from me

Yeah, its now been over 24hrs. since I E-mailed them, not looking to good here......
