anyone??? Ideas???
dont forget, the bottom half of the seat, just reach in the back where the belts come from.. reach up under there, grip it and pull up on both sides it'll pop right up.. then you can get to the Torx bolts..

pretty easy

isnt it common sense :twak:
i'm trying to find out the fastest and easiest way to do this. I know i could just go in there and rip it out. i just wanted to know if anybody has a certain way they do it that would save me some time and trouble i really don't feel like bein out in the 106 degree cali sun anymore then i have to be.
Remove the lower ass coushion... Just push in (toward the trunk) on the front and lift up on both sides, then you should be able to remove it with out any other trouble. With that out of the way you will see the 2 bolts (usually torx head) that secure the bottom of the back rest. Remove them and lift the back rest up and out. Should only be about 5-10 minutes max.

Always could do it at night with a flash light to keep from dying from heat stroke, but then again what would the Cops say if they rolled up and you were in a car fumbling around with a flashlight at 12am.

Drive through the US border in a Cadillac anytime by yourself, those border guards will show you the fastest way to take anything off your car including the seats.
