taking it out you mean?
If its a car with an airbag then disconnect your battery, leave it for at least 30min to an hour, Remove the airbag section (normally held on with screws acccessible from the rear of the wheel) then crack off the nut/bolt in the centre of the steering wheel (should be nice and tight) then remove the nut/bolt and see if your wheel can be pulled off by hand (grip both sides and pull it towards you wiggling it at the same time) If not then you're probably gonna need to get hold of a two or three leg puller from somewhere to get it loose. Don;t be tempted to use a hammer to hit it free cos if you've got a collapsible steering column it can damage that.
