i see all over these #'s for pump heads what do they mean like? wts the difference between a #9 and a #13? :confused:

how much torque the gear has. #9 is usuallly associated with hopping.

it refers to the width of the gears inside that move the fluid ... the lower the number the more pressure it has , with less flow...

on a higher numbered gear ...it has more flow but you have to use more batts to over come leverage ..and too generate more pressure
