Ok .. I've always liked lowriders .. Since probably 5th grade or so

But i never knew what more pumps did

Whats the different of having 1 pump .. Compaired to 2,3,or 4

pumps push oil to the cylinder.... dumps return the oil to the pump resivior .

(just wait till you start on gear sizes and voltages...well help with that later, or search for an old topic about it bigger number bigger volts ..bigger number more flow/less pressure ...back to more voltage more pressure)

anyways so if you have two pumps you got one pumping the front up...and another one pushing the rear up ..now if you got 4 dumps you can return the fluid one corner at a time

now if you have four pumps you can control lift on each corner ...

some hopper setups use two pumps for front (some systems more) and one dump and x blocks to double the speed and equalize the pressures on the front end

some other cars might have two on the rear ... for individual corners ..(good for standing 3 wheels
