Oops I checked into it...the replacements at jc whitnel just slip over the old one.

but that would not show the rust thats on them now, so that means i could pass inspection.....


any one answer what rocker panels actually do?
and how to take car of rusted ones

hey man i hope this helps ya for replacin your rockers you need to locate the spot welds use a hole saw to drill them out. then either use a air chisel or a normal chisel to remove the skin of the rocker from the body remember that using a hand chisel will take a lil longer to remove them to put the new one on all you have to do is spot weld it on an do the nessessary sanding then i think you can take it from there hope this helps
