alright i got a rockford pump head out and i was looking at it ...after trying a street 6 gear and nothing..

i took it apart and inspected it ..i noticed one said b and the other one a 4

in this side it looks like rreliefs are cut so the shafts can get oil ... do those passages go on the low pressure side toward tank ...or to the high pressure side?

i suspect the low psi side but i dont want to burn that gear up when i figure out why its not lifting .. (still waiting on seals)

the sides with the b and number should face eachother....so the flat sides should be facing outward.....on mine i have a b facing a b and a 1 facing a 5 so that those slits on the inside line up with eachother....hope this helps.....damn i wish i had my digi with me. mine are the ones that look like marzochis.
