i just noticed there was some rust (or some brownish orange substance) at the end of the spokes where it connects to the edge of the rim..there was some tiny spots on the spokes themselves which i was able to rub off...i was wondering what the easiest way to get it out of this hard to reach spot..any info would help

autozone has a brush that looks like a baby bottle cleaner it works good they also have that mcguire wheel cleaner which works good. but to really clean them (rust spots) use british wire wheel cleaner or shortys has some shit called slam it like $13 but it works.

Spray some eagle 1 wire wheel cleaner..best ive used and use the toothbrush to get whatever rust u can off..

Spray some eagle 1 wire wheel cleaner and a wet it with the pressure hose. scrub it (OR) if you don't have a pressure hose go to you local carwash they should have one.
