Yeah, performance wise youre better with a 2 pump and you can make a 2 pump set up act like a 4 pump as well. This topic has been posted on here, I'll do you a favor and look for it..........

Click on the above link, its got a great schematic for a 1 pump, 8 dump set up, you can split it in half for a 2 pump set up
