I installed new noids . They kinda make a zapping sound when i juice it up. WTF? :angry: They work the truck lifts but they just dont sound right :uh: I dont see any sparks or anything could it be a bad ground from the quick disconnect causing them to sound like this?

bad ground to the frame? Whats the noise? The noids arching inside? :uh:

I BET YOUR BATTERIES R LOW THATS WHAT MY CADDY DOES WHEN THE BATTS R RAN DOWN REAL LOW :cheesy:

Im charging them right now with 4 chargers at 2 amps for the weekend well see, they weren't too low. I think i should make up some copper plates to connect them all together. ;) Cause they dont make the noise without the primary power connected.

just low voltage was the problem . I thought that the batts were fresh . they sat around for a while. now it seems to be fine after charging it up. Much better response from the switch too. thanx :biggrin: Its been a few years since I had juice Im a little rusty :cool:
