I am in the process on wraping my G-body frame, And I want to know what is involved in doing a split belly?  Any info will help.

If you don't know, A. You should NOT be doing it, and B. Noone here will tell you how, people make their living with that "proprietary info"

Do a search and you will find numerous topics asking what it is and how its done but you WONT find any tutorial. You might even get talked shit to for even asking.

that must mess up your body mounts re aligning them i would rather modify the lower arm than a frame thats my 2 cents
Speak on what you know. If the split is done right, EVERYTHING lines up and you CAN NOT get the same effect by altering the arms. :twak:

These guys are a trip....:uh:

What about body mounts?
Should you just make the hole a bit bigger or move to the side?
My body mounts lined up perfectly with no problems. The only problem I ran into is lack of knowledge in reassembling it....
