The guys at HARD Lifestyle introduced this process primarily to the motocross guys over 10 years ago. Now with more than 10 years of development you can literally chrome any substrate, even a piece of paper if you will.
However it is still a paint and only an alternative to real chrome or chrome plating.

Theres a guy over here in Blissfield Michigan who does that, I havent seen his work yet, but he told me he can even chrome plastic & told me to stop by his shop and check the shit out.
