get ya one thats bigger than stock but not to much-if ya go to big like drag race big youll have to get a stall converter or it will die when u put it in gear-something like a .483 or .488 is probably what ya wanna go with anything bigger might cause problems with stalling and vaccuum issues-this should give ya just a lil bit of the rough idle but will still be pretty smooth-if you had a stick with a good clutch you could go alot bigger and make it sound like a beast-with the lift size i gave ya it should work with stock motor pretty good-go bigger ya need mods to motor exaust engine internals ect.

it's a 5.0l Ford motor.

Completely different problems

(and I wasn't too sure why you'd have a olds 307 in your tc :roflmao: )

Just introduce a medium vacuum leak and you will get the desired result. No need to spend lots of $$$

retard your timing. If you lookin for hot rod idle your not gonna get it with just a street/strip cam.

If this is a late model car like late 80's, early 90's, there is a little round vacuum canister that comes off the engine (about the size of a film can). Maybe on the firewall, maybe on the engine. If you pop the top off and put some kind of paper over it and put the cap back on, the car will idle like you want.

Try it for kicks.
