So I was wondering for some of you guys with Impalas with the rear sway bar. I have always liked the way they look. My question is, does it affect the 3wheel & side to side? Or can it potentially break the sway bar or the mounte if you 3wheel too much? Just wonderin. Was thinkin of gettin one for my '64.

if you could even get it to stand 3......yes snapping possible and definatly wear out bushings fast-more for lay n play setups with no side to side and the og look ;)

but your sig states
"If ya aint breakin it, ya aint drivin it!" so bolt one on

Thanks. They're Astro Supremes. The original Lowrider wheel. (Anyone remember the old "Lowriders Hydraulics" ad? haha) But check out the Supremes thread in Post Your Rides. They were the the Rims all the lowriders had back in the day. Truspokes were some badass rims as well.

The picture was actually from last monday. I was heading home after re-cutting the springs to get the bitch back on the ground. I stopped by a parking garage & took a few pictures with my phone. Glad you like it bro.

Supremes Fest
Are those the newer Supremes? or from the 70s?

Where did you pick them up.?

The pic is real nice, at first I thought it was a toy. Everything kinda shines. I got to learn how to do that.

haha. I dunno. My car wasnt even really clean. Just pulled in the garage & snapped a few with the phone. but a lot of times the pictures come out really good under artificial light.

These particular wheels are actually from the 90's. Might be getting a new set soon. We'll see. They're ok for now. I think I'm gonna get some 14x6's for the rear cause they rub when I drive it slammed.
ha homie the bellflowers pipes are og have them on my 73 caprice

SIDE PIPES WERE TYPICALLY USED ON THE SIDE, NOT THE BACK. BUT I MEAN DO YOUR THING.
Looks old skoo as fuck. I'm diggin it!!
I wouldn't 3-wheel it with that style goin on, especially if you don't wrap your frame.

Do some research man. Bellflower pipes are NOT the same as lakes (side) pipes.

The frame is fully wrapped & powdercoated to match the body. The suspension is reinforced & chromed. So it's good to 3wheel, trust me. ;) But honestly, I just love the way the car looks slammed.

Actually, that brings up another question, does anyone have any pics of how the sway bar would mount. Might not even work with the reinforced trailing arms.

The sway bar mounts on the bottom of your trailing arms so you need the reinforced here is a couple of pics I found......I dont know about those pipes tho
