MAN, I WISH I KNEW SOMEONE WOULD HAVE NEEDED THEM ONE DAY, I THREW OUT LIKE 10 NEW ONES ONE DAY WHILE CLEANING UP MY TOOL BOX.

If you need them I have 9 spline to tang ans 16 spline to tang keys

what is the one in the picture called.. it has splines on one side.. and a notch on the other... what kindof key does the prestolites use?? i dont thing they use the tang.... and what kind do the sacos use.. i know they use the spline key. but what number.. what are the different spline numbers compatible with?

prestolite used a tang key. saco (and most china motors) uses a 9 spline. Marzochi gears are 16 spline. Steel gears (fenner and china) came with either 9 or 16 spline (have fun counting splines)
