We just escorted David into his church, he looks remarlky good in a black suit with a gold tie, his coffin is Ebony Black with a 4 or 5 " band of chrome acroos the middle, in the chrome is the Taste Plaque with the Hall of Fame emblems on the side, they look like they are engraved in the chrome, finished off with Gold stripes on the sides and Traditional stipes on the top, we want to thank Big Cats Studio, Mr Felipe Zamora Jr., for the outstanding work, words can not discribe how we feel, Davids family is so pleased with the way it looks Thank You Felipe.

On behalf of the Leal and Sabor family, I'd like to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for your prayers and thoughts. We lost a great man. My wife and I were reminising a few days ago about when the last road trip was that we took with David. It happened to be the Majestixs CC picnic in Dallas. It was exactly 1 yr to the day this past weekend. Who would of thought David would no longer be with us a year later. My wife and I have many fond memories of David like that. Not just of road trips but family vacations, working on cars, getting ready for trips and shows. Or simply going to lunch. There wasn't a day that didn't go by that we didn't see or talk to him. He was part of our family and will greatly be missed.

He was a mentor, leader, family man, lowrider, and above all, a man of God.

He will be greatly missed by all of us. Again thanks to every one for your condolences and prayers.

Love and Respect for our brother, David Leal, Sr. Co-Founder of the Hall of Fame Car Club, Taste of Latin.

Yeah David would be like I don't deserve this. He was humble like that. Latin Pride C.C. is having a memorial award in his honor at annual picnic en el chuco next month.
