[408models]

Just wondering if any of you had any problem with the new pegasus tires. Last night i noticed that all 4 tires were sliced or the just expanded or something cause the all had them just like the picture. JUST WONDERING WHAT YOU THOUGHT THIS MIGHT BE FROM. I HOPE YOU CAN SEE IT.

alot of them are doing that lil primo. i talked with larry the owner from pegasus and he said he think's they wen't to a cheaper rubber without telling him. but he will check into it. and i'll let you and other's know. i also have a few that have split too!. but if you wan't give me your addy on a pm and i'll send you a extra tire. since im the one who designed the tire.

thanks for the info bro. :thumbsup: the only bad thing is should we continue putting these on our models cause if they continue doing this that will screw up the model once its done. is it all those tires sets or only certain ones of that style?

i have them on all ride's and only 1 tire has split.

hmmmm... so could i possibly buy these tires seperate? i have 4 sets of pegasus wheels with the old style tires.

OH SHIT ! Are they really doing this ! I just got 10 sets ! And i have like 9 sets on Models already I will have to check and see If this is effected any that i have on hand ! Or that are already on my built stuff! and when i get my package !

no they ain't, but i was going to hook up homie with 1 or 2 till we find the problem whith the tire's ..we meaning me & pegasus hobbie's. but if you need some hit me up bro.

just turn the tire so the split is on the ground problem solved

yeah that might work but some have splits along the side with small cracks on them also which i didnt post.

408 how old are the tires ! I just checked The 9 sets i have on hand and none of them are split ! I got them from BETOSCUSTOMS about 3months ago or so and they are fine , I have 10 more sets in the mail right now I will check them out when thay get here !


Maybe it was just a bad batch of rubber like BIGGS said and they have already fixed the problem ! I dont know but i looked at all mine and they are fine ! I will check out what i get in a few dwys and report back to you !

well hell, i didnt know they were even made in this style. those are tight and look much better, nice work Biggs! how much they be? what is the part number and stuff so i can make sure to buy the right ones.
