any one of you hydro gurus have an idea how can get rid of my panhard bar on my 66 ss?it has double banana bar on top so i cant use a y bone? wishbone?

You can do a wishbone, Y bone. Or u can get some adjustable arms for the rear. Give black magic a call. They'll have what u need for ur vehicle

we offer a full triangulated kit specific to 65-70 impalas, that includes adjustable uppers, new frame brackets, and new axle bracket, as well as all hardware. we have offered this kit for about a year and half now, and every single 65-70 impala owner who has bought it ABSOUTELY loves it.

well u could use a wishbone if u make mounts for it...but ya blackmagic has other ways options as well..

john from ryder built a twist bone for a 66. It gave the guy a higher lock up and was able to lay still and he could dive either way and not vibrate at any speed. those years are very limited to what u can do with the rear suspension. The twist bone has been the best option by far.his screen name is hellraiser on lil

I dont have any current pics of the 65-70 impala triangulated upper rear trailing arm kit offered by us, installed but heres an old pic before we made some changes to the axle and frame mounted bracket


now we have year specific brackets (as they change just a bit between the years 65-70)

65-67 on left. 67-70 on Right

There is a difference on mounting also, We previde the studs like factory



This is the angle We put on them to Trianglate the Suspension

and as always you can expect nothing less then CNC cut and CNC bent brackets for these kits, our high quality machined upper adjustable trailing arms double bushing end with zerk fittings

kit comes with,...

2) upper adjustabe trailing arms double bushing end with greasable zerk fittings
2) upper frame mount brackets, with studs and hardware
2) axle mount brackets

price is the same for all 65-70 Impalas

yea it came out clean, there no 4 link that will let it lock up like that and still lay with a smooth ride. :cool:
