lookin for Chop Saw,,,Dewalt,Milwalkee,,,,somthing that is pretty good,,,,if its not name brand,,let me know what u got and how much,,,i thought bout gettin one from Harbor Frieght,,,but kinda scared of how it will perform and last....

buy a dewalt 12" miter saw and use a chop saw blade.. :biggrin:

The motor is way undersized, wants to stall cutting anything bigger than 1/2 by 1/2 bar

whats wrong with my Dewalt cold cut saw. Besides the Price, and the fact that it leaves your red beast in the dust. :biggrin:

lol..yeah,,,ive always used a cuttin torch,,or put a 7'' blade on a skill saw :/

man i could of pick up a good one 2day i was at a machine shop auction in central fl

if you have a big lots by you i bought mine form there for $40 it was a tool shop and it is well worth the money........i cut 1/4 inch with it all day long :biggrin:



i bought it about 2 years ago and it's still going strong..........

well, i just went to Harbor Frieght,and bought one,,,it was on sale,,so i scooped it up,,,and i bought the extra 2yr warranty,,,so,,i get free replacement within 2 yrs,,i figure by then i can find me a nice Dewalt... :biggrin: this one will do for now
