Use a blasting sand available from Menards called "Black Blast" it is a pretty aggressive Glass / SLAG media ........... I use it all the time , Cost around $5 for a 50# bag....

It does however have small glass particles that will embed into your skin if not protected & will cause you to run for mercy if some manages to get in your eyes!!!!!!!!!!!! Its hard to get out !!!!!!!!!!! Makes you cry out a mississippi river !!! LOL

I use a very tight fitting pair of safety glasses & then another set of "Over the eyewear" style or a full face mask... WITH A hooded sweatshirt drawn tight around your face , A good set of leather " Mechanix gloves", & an old paint respirator !!!!!!!!!! YOU Dont want o breath none of that shit from any sand blasting material what so ever !!!!! Silicone is no good in the lungs................

you can recycle it too buy capturing it in a corner of a garage floor & then using a 20 gallon tupperware bucket & an old household screen from a window ....... ALL you have to do is shovel/ sweep what is on the ground & sift it thru the screen into the tupperware or bucket !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope that helps you out man ....... & i hope you have a pressurized sandblaster -- A siphon system aint that effective except on small parts
