I'M CURRENTLY USING A LINCOLN MIG WITH A .035 WIRE AND I'M USING 75% ARGON 25% CO2

THE WELDING HANDBOOK STATES ITS SETTING'S USING #'S AND THE LINCOLN HAS LETTER'S :angry:

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHICH ARE THE CORRECT SETTING'S. BY THE WAY I'M WELDING MILD STEEL.

What are you welding,if it's your frame,better practice first,this thread is not a good sign!

YEAH ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THE KNOB IS ALPHABETIZED. SO IF YOU GUYS SAY (EXAMPLE) 4 THEN I WOULD PUT IT ON THE LETTER "D"

First question is.......is this a 110Volt welder or 240??

D is the highest. I usually have mine on D with the speed at 2. After practicing you'll get comforatable with your own speed.
