what do you recomend

i been working on my car for a while now and am getting tired of these cheap ass primers my local paint shop tells me is good. i recently went in and am looking for a good primer fo the final coat before i take it to get painted they told me omni au 2k will be good. i knowaome of you guys make a living off of this stuff what do yall recomend and wer can i find it
