Basically a coil over keeps you coil from shooting out when hitting side to side or three wheel. It also lets you run a taller stack of coils easier. I know that if you do a coil under setup and install it right then you won't have to worry either but, to me a coil over is the way to go.

COIL-OVER IS SAFER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)

actually i like the coil under setup in the front at least i weld the cups right to the spring keeps the spring from flying out and you can just push it back into place i've done it a few times it seems to work out good
