what type of solenoid is this ? is it ford style ? I need to get some more and wanna know what to ask for at the auto parts place. thanks

It is a generis Motorcraft if it is only six bucks!! Real Motorcraft solenoids are about $18 a piece from CCE and about $12-14 if you know somebody! Order some accurates from Fernando for like $7 a piece.

thats the same noid i'm runnin, i get it from autozone, or cumberland ford. ford charges 8.00 each and autozone charges 6.00 each.

Those are differnet then the real Motorcrafts. They are a cheaper version. I run them too. They are around $6 here. Just go to Autozone and tell them you need a ford sol. for like a 82' ford.

Autozone doesn't sell MOTORCRAFT SW-3 Solenoids!! They doe however sell FORD STYLE Solenoids!

accuate are good as hell, a ford crapper will stick open on you in no time, they are the most unreliable shit out there, i use the prestolite blocks on a street setup and they are cool too
