All are good choices. Don't use the cheap stuff. Use a good name brand motor oil.

I agree with Ted. Stick to a brand name. instead of blowin money on synthetic, change it more often.

Castrol GTX in everything but the race motors.

Mobil1 clean 5000, after like three or four oil changes the oil comes out alot cleaner. casrtol and valvoline aint got shit on M1, ohh and if you want a good synthetic, M1 extended performance GAURANTEED protection for 15,000 miles.

Amsoil, had a 94 Chev 1/2ton 350 pick-up brand new, drained the oil from the dealer, used Amsoil until selling it 5 yrs ago. Had 463,000kms or 289375 Miles and never leaked a drop of oil, and never had a rebuild. Motor ran like it came off the showroom floor. Alot of those miles were hard too, pulling a car trailer and car around the province all summer long.

Back in the earlier days Amsoil had to be bought through little dealers. Hard to find. Now can be bought at Part Source off the shelf.
