I'm putting two 15" Brahmas in a ported box with about 3.7cubes of space. Is 1,800watts each or 2,000watts each better? The box is a Virtual-Technology box and they do wonders to even the sorriest subs, and this set up is going in a 2003 Tahoe. Please give me some help on this one, Thanks.

WTF? We both have brahmas and we are both underage ballers.

WIth a ported box, I had 1100 watts.. 4.5 tuned to 35hz and it was bottoming out.

dont go with more than 1500 watts.

The bigger the box is the less power it takes to push it. A JBL1200.1 would push it just fine but you would need a SSF. 1800-2000 watts is too much power for a daily driver setup.

It's not just a daily driver, I do car shows and I want to do sound-offs. I need all the bass and pressure I can get.
