Not cheapest but My life was made easier when i bought a plasma cutter. Cut cylinder holes, reinforcements, bridges, battery racks, pump mounts, stuck coils, suspension arms, overall it made fabricating so much easier :nicoderm:

IF YOU HAVE A SOMETHING TO WELD WITH, get the right size hole saw and then find A pierce of pipe that is the same ID as the hole saw OD . Cut a small piece off it and tack it to what ever ur trying to hole saw , the pipe will keep the hole saw from going all over the place and you wont need any drill bit to keep it in place......

Alright cool it won't cut with out oil or it just makes it easier ?
oil or any lube will keep it cool and working smooth.. If to much heat it will eat up the hole saw

I dont use a drill bit for cutting the holes because they try to bite and end up breaking. I have hardened steel rod in the cener of my holesaw. There is already a small hole up front where the shocks mount and you can drill a guide hole first as well
