I think that a company really sucks when they don't reply on their customers.
On the phone is nice, but due to timedifference and a lot of other things, Email is just handy.
If you don't want people to send you Email's or electronic questions, then get rid of the form on your site!!  :angry:  :angry:  :angry:

i'll try to locate an other company that WILL answer my questions and ordering's.
