Width-wise, I'd say it depends on what kind of Caddy you're putting them in. An '87 Brougham is a bit wider than a Seville! ;)

But the major thing to consider is the driveshaft hump. You're gonna have that big arch in the front of your seat, but whatever hump you have in your FWD (for the exhaust) won't be as big, I would assume.

Sorry that's not a "definite" answer, but my incliniation is to say "no." Even if the width was correct, I think your seat arch would look like ass, unless you wanted to modify that.
