Low air pressure can cause solvent pop, but never had it cause fisheyes. How much of the car did you paint before you realized the air pressure was low ? More then likely the fisheyes were cause by something else, oil in your line didnt properly prep the surface etc.
Solvent pop, that sounds more of a proper name for the way it looks because after I laid it down I could see the paint popin like bubbles almost then it would leave dots of the color underneath the new paint I did jams then went to the roof and that's when I noticed it starting to do that. I don't think it was anything on the car because I wiped all down with degreaser and then wiped it dry then tackd it.
Do you put clear down yet ? If not let the base sit for a couple hours then lightly sand it out and use dust coats to cover it up. If you have sprayed the clear already and you see white bubbles or pinholes then yea thats solvent pop, shit sucks.
if you couldnt tell ur pressure was low then you shouldnt be spraying, if mine drops 5 psi i can tell, if it dropped all the way down to 10psi and you couldnt tell maybe you should be double checking everything before you start!!!

good luck i hate when shit solvent pops

when we first switched from ppg to sherwinn at the shop we were having problems with solvent popping, something to due with the reducer we were using because it was so fucking hot out, we had to reshoot a few whips because of it, but since we solved that problem we havnt had any more problems wit it. but like i said solvent poppin sucks dick

not saying dont do it your self, just double check everything before you start. especially make sure the compressor is on!!! youll run into a few rookie mistakes but youll catch on

thanks  i sprayed my base last nite came out nice
:drama:
if you havent cleared it yet make sure you know what kind of window you got on how long it can sit before clearing, other wise u mite have problems with clear adhesion, or peeling later on. so get clear on it before its too late!!!
SOUNDS LIKE THE CLEAR CAME OUT HEAVY DUE TO NO PRESSURE SO IT LOOKS FOAMY/BUBBLY

ALWAYS DO A TEST PANEL,,LIKE A PIECE OF PAPER ON THE WALL AND TEST YOUR SPRAY PATTERN,AND FLUID AMOUNT,,
GOOD LUCK
