I get my wheels re-chrome plated they show rust and what not my sister had them on her mustang and well the car was involved in a accident nothing happened to the rims but when the car was parked at my sister house in los angeles well the rims started getting rusted i was want there to keep them clean so i had to wait until the car was brought home adn well getting my wheels re-chrome plated is the question would it be worth it or not or should i just buy a new set

Just clean the rust off.

i have but some how the rust seemed to have lifted up the chrome on the wheels i used that turtle chrome polish and it worked great to take out the rust but the spokes were kind of hard to clean out but is there any other alternative to make them look good agian if re-chrome plating is not recommended
